
Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with garlic. Toss to combine.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the pasta.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the pasta and chicken. Cover the skillet and let it sit for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
