Chinese Beer-Braised Pork

A traditional Chinese dish that combines pork and mushrooms with a rich, beer-infused flavor

Steps

1. In a large bowl, marinate the pork steak in the soy sauce, beer, garlic, sugar, and black pepper for 10 minutes. 2. Heat the cooking oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add onions and mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes. 3. Add the marinated pork steak and cook for 4-5 minutes. 4. Reduce the heat to low and cover the wok with a lid. Simmer for 15 minutes. 5. Remove the pork steak from the wok and let rest before slicing. Serve with the braised mushrooms and onions over steamed rice.
