Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced pork to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, approximately 4-5 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir to combine, cooking for an additional minute.
6. Serve hot over cooked brown rice if desired.
