Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the cod fillet with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
3. Place the cod in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and flaky.
4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
5. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve the cod on a plate, topped with sautéed spinach and garnished with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
