Steps
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
2. Add the diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated chicken, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots to the pan, stirring well.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
