Steps
1. Rinse the strawberries under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and coconut oil.
3. Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
4. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
5. Place the chocolate-dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined plate.
6. If desired, sprinkle with sprinkles or crushed nuts immediately after dipping.
7. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
