Steps
1. Start by bringing the beef steak to room temperature for about 15 minutes.
2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the herb mixture generously over both sides of the steak.
4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little more olive oil if needed.
