Steps
1. In a pot, heat the chocolate chips over low heat until completely melted.
2. In a blender, add the melted chocolate, espresso, watermelon puree, red wine, cinnamon and agave nectar. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the cocktail mixture into two glasses.
4. Optional: Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass.
5. Garnish with shaved chocolate, if desired.
6. Serve chilled.
