1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. 3. Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, mixing well. 4. In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. 5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. 6. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and chocolate chunks. 7. Scoop the dough into small balls and place them evenly spaced on the baking tray. 8. Flatten each cookie slightly with your fingers. 9.
