Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Carefully slice a pocket into the side of the chicken breast.
3. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and stuff them into the pocket of the chicken.
4. Rub the outside of the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Place the chicken in an oven-safe dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the chocolate is melted.
6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
