
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Carefully slice a pocket into the side of the chicken breast.
- Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and stuff them into the pocket of the chicken.
- Rub the outside of the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in an oven-safe dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the chocolate is melted.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
