Citrusy Lobster with Chef's Surprise

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. 2. Cut the lobster in two halves and remove the stomach sack from the lobster. 3. Place the lobster on an oven pan and spread the olive oil, lemon slices, cherry tomatoes, salt and herbs on the lobster. 4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lobster turns orange. 5. Serve with a lemon slice and a parsley or thyme decoration.
