Classic Bibimbap with a Twist

Steps

1. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Season with salt. 2. In the same skillet, sauté the spinach until wilted, then set aside. 3. Add the carrots and zucchini to the skillet and stir-fry until tender-crisp. 4. In a separate pan, fry the egg sunny-side up. 5. To assemble, place cooked rice in a bowl. Arrange cooked beef, spinach, carrots, and zucchini on top of the rice. 6. Add the fried egg on top, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve with gochujang on the side. 7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
