Classic Bread Omelette

Steps

1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined. 2. Add chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander leaves into the egg mixture. 3. Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 4. Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated. 5. Place the coated bread slices on the pan and pour any remaining egg mixture over the bread. 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. 7. Flip the bread slices carefully and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked and slightly crispy. 8. Remove from the pan and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
