Classic Chicken Fried Rice

A quick and flavorful fried rice dish featuring tender chicken, vegetables, and scrambled eggs, perfect for a satisfying single serving meal.

Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through. 3. Push chicken to one side of the pan and add the minced garlic; sauté until fragrant. 4. Crack the egg into the pan and scramble until cooked. 5. Add the cooked rice and frozen peas and carrots to the pan. 6. Stir everything together and pour soy sauce over the mixture. 7. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until heated through. 8. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
