
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg lightly.
- Add the milk and sugar, and whisk together.
- Gradually add the wet flour while stirring to form a smooth batter.
- Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread gently to form a round pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to dry, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the pancake and cook the other side for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
