Coffee-Rubbed Steak

A succulent steak infused with the rich and bold flavors of coffee. The coffee rub forms a delicious crust on the outside of the steak, while keeping the inside tender and juicy.

Steps

1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. 2. In a small bowl, combine ground coffee, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the coffee rub. 3. Pat the steak dry with paper towels and generously coat both sides with the coffee rub. 4. Place the steak on the preheated grill or grill pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your desired level of doneness. 5. Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. 6. Serve the coffee-rubbed steak with your favorite sides.
