Steps
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. While pasta cooks, bring a small pot of water to boil and gently add eggs. Boil for 6 minutes for soft-boiled, then transfer to cold water.
3. In a blender or bowl, mash the avocado with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
4. Toss the cooked pasta with the avocado sauce until well coated.
5. Peel and halve the soft-boiled eggs and place on top of the pasta.
6. Sprinkle chili flakes and fresh herbs over the dish. Serve immediately.
