Steps

1. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. 2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 4. Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper. 5. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. 6. Stir in lemon juice and zest, cook for another 30 seconds. 7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
