Steps
1. Rinse the freekeh under cold water and drain.
2. In a saucepan, add 300 ml of water, a pinch of salt, and the freekeh. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until tender.
3. While the freekeh is cooking, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
4. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
5. In a separate pan, heat the cream over low heat, stirring occasionally, until warm.
6. Once the freekeh is done, drain any excess water and stir in the warm cream, mixing well.
7. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the creamy freekeh.
8. Grate Parmesan cheese over the dish before serving.
