Steps
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, melt the margarine over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until combined, letting it simmer for a couple of minutes.
5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
