Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
5. Stir in Dijon mustard and heavy cream, mixing until well combined.
6. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
