Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 3. Pat the chicken thigh dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper. 4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken thigh skin-side down for about 5 minutes until golden brown. 5. Flip the chicken and pour the ketchup mixture over the top. 6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C). 7.
