Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
2. Gradually add water to form a smooth batter, ensuring it is thick enough to coat the paneer.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for frying.
4. Dip each paneer cube into the batter, ensuring it's well-coated.
5. Carefully drop the battered paneer into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.
6. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Remove and drain on paper towels.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
