Steps
1. In a bowl, combine the cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
2. Dredge the prawns in the cornstarch mixture until well-coated.
3. Dip the prawns in breadcrumbs to create a crispy coating.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
5. In another pan, stir-fry the mixed vegetables in a little oil for about 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
6. For the spicy mayo, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl until well combined.
7. For the sweet soy sauce, mix soy sauce and honey in another small bowl.
8. Serve the crispy prawns on a plate with the stir-fried vegetables and the two dipping sauces on the side.
