Steps
1. Start by marinating the chicken breast in soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
3. In the last minute of cooking, add the pineapple chunks to the skillet to warm them through.
4. Once the chicken is done, slice it into strips.
5. Serve the chicken and pineapple over a bed of cooked rice, garnished with sliced green onions.
