
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil (if using). Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- If using cornstarch, mix it with a tablespoon of water to create a slurry, then add it to the pan to thicken the sauce if desired.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
