Steps
1. Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
2. Add cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
5. Spoon the mousse into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
6. Serve chilled with your choice of toppings.
