Steps
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. Brush the watermelon slice with olive oil on both sides.
3. Grill the watermelon for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the watermelon is warm.
4. Remove the watermelon from the grill and place it on a plate.
5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, then sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
