Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and curry powder.
2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
3. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add more butter if needed and sauté the mushrooms until golden.
5. Add curry powder and stir well.
6. Slice the cooked chicken and return to the pan, stirring to coat with the curry sauce.
7. Serve the chicken and mushrooms over a bed of cooked rice.
