Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, whisk the egg with brown sugar and pure green sugar until combined.
3. Add olive oil, melted butter, vanilla extract, and water; mix well.
4. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of powdered sugar; fold gently until just combined.
5. Pour batter into a small greased baking dish or ramekin.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
7. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
