Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin cup with a paper liner.
In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
