Steps

1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and parsley. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly. 5.
