1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan or line with parchment paper. 2. Soak the chopped dates in warm plant-based milk for 10 minutes. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. 4. Add the soaked dates (with milk), vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. 5.
