1. In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, taco sauce, grated cheese, chopped bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. 2. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface and place a leaf of lettuce in the center. 3. Spoon the tuna mixture onto the lettuce, spreading it evenly. 4. Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end, to create a wrap. 5. In a skillet, melt a small amount of butter over medium heat. Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down in the skillet. 6. Toast the tortilla roll for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. 7. Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels. 8.
