Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add broccoli, carrots, and corn. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
4. Slice the cooked chicken breast and add it back to the skillet. Toss to combine.
5. Serve hot in a cocktail glass or small bowl.
