
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the herb mixture onto both sides of the steak and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and cook until it starts to brown slightly.
- Pour the garlic herb butter over the cooked steak.
- Slice the steak and serve hot.
