Herb-Infused Garlic Butter Steak

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Rub the herb mixture onto both sides of the steak and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. 4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest. 5. In the same skillet, melt butter and cook until it starts to brown slightly. 6. Pour the garlic herb butter over the cooked steak. 7. Slice the steak and serve hot.
