Steps
1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbly.
3. Add the chicken thighs, skin side down, and cook for 7-8 minutes until golden brown.
4. Flip the chicken, add minced garlic and thyme to the pan, and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes, basting with the melted butter.
5. Check for doneness (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C), then remove from heat.
6. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
