Steps
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent.

3. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
4. In a separate pan, fry the egg sunny-side up.
5. Serve the cooked chicken on a bed of brown rice, topped with the fried egg and garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
