1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned turkey steak and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let it rest. 3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. 5. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
