Steps
1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.

4. Toss in the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Drizzle soy sauce over the stir-fry, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice or quinoa.
