
Steps

- Toss in the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the stir-fry, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or quinoa.
