Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.
2. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken thigh.
4. Cook for about 5 minutes on one side until golden brown.
5. Flip the chicken and pour the honey mixture over it.
6. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, basting with the glaze until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze caramelizes.
7. Remove from heat, let it rest for a couple of minutes, and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
