Steps
1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
2. Place the fish fillet in the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the marinated fish.
4. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Serve the fish over a bed of jasmine rice, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
