
Steps
- Soak the glass noodles in hot water for 5-7 minutes until softened, then drain and rinse with cold water.

- In a separate small bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, chili flakes, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
