Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place the salmon filet on a baking sheet and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
3. In a bowl, mix together the corn, avocado, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice.
4. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetable and stir to combine.
5. Place the salmon in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
6. Remove the salmon and let cool.
7. Serve the salmon over the Elote salad. Enjoy!
