Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Add the chicken slices and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
3. Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
