Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
2. Place the whole wheat tortilla in the pan and warm it for about 30 seconds on each side.
3. Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla.
4. Layer the shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers, and baby spinach on top of the hummus.
5. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap.
8. Place the wrap back into the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side until the outside is crispy and golden.
9. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
