Steps
1. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the tomato puree, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
4. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the cooked protein of your choice and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
