A guilt-free, low-calorie donut infused with the natural sweetness of ripe pear, enhanced by the warm flavors of coconut sugar and cinnamon. Made with less gluten and no refined sugar or butter, perfect for a healthy diet.

Steps

1. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, coconut sugar, and salt. 2. In another bowl, whisk the egg white, almond milk, and vanilla extract until slightly frothy. 3. Add the wet ingredients and grated pear into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms. 4. Lightly spray a non-stick donut pan or small round silicone molds with coconut oil. 5. Pour the batter evenly into the molds, filling about 3/4 full. 6. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 7. Remove from oven and let cool before gently removing the donuts from the molds. 8. Optionally, sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top for garnish.
