Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and half the cinnamon.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add apple slices and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon.
5. Cook apples for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
6. Add honey and chicken broth, stirring to create a light glaze.
7. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon glaze and apples over the top, and heat together for 1-2 minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
