Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and half the thyme. 3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. 4. Transfer skillet to the oven and roast chicken for 15 minutes or until cooked through. 5. Remove chicken and let rest. 6. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 7. Add grapes, remaining thyme, and white wine or broth. Cook until grapes soften and sauce reduces slightly, about 5 minutes. 8. Stir in butter to finish the sauce. 9. Serve chicken topped with grape sauce.
